Beats is relaunching the Beats Capsule and tapping Lil Wayne and LeBron James for a punny new ad.
On the highest of the 2010 Bluetooth speaker craze, the Beats Capsule rose above the competition. The ultimate iteration of the Capsule, the Beats Capsule+ introduced in 2015 on the other hand unfortunately was once discontinued through Apple in 2022. Now the Capsule is returning upper than ever and Beats is using some familiar faces to help us get reacquainted.
In accordance with a press release, the new Beats Capsule Speaker retails for $149.99 at the Apple internet website online and is to be had in 3 colors; Matte Black, Assertion Crimson, and Champagne Gold.
“We’re excited to put across Beats Capsule once more to our portfolio,” said Chris Thorne, CMO at Beats. “There’s no upper option to relaunch an iconic product than to staff up with two icons that have been part of our family since Capsule’s inception.”
To commemorate the audio gadget LeBron James and Lil Wayne are starring in an ad referred to as “The Predicament” collaborating in up the “severely loud” sound top of the range of the audio gadget.
