This is the trans-identied shooter, Jesse Strang, who took the lives of his mom and another family member before going to the school in Tumbler Ridge, BC where he killed 7 children and injured at least 25.
The first picture is more recent. The others are from a post by his grandparents celebrating his 13th birthday in 2021.

Someone needed to tell this kid the truth and help him to be happy as a man, but it’s illegal to do so.
