BRIAN WELLS VIDEO
In 2003, pizza delivery man Brian Wells wore a collar bomb to rob a PNC bank in Pennsylvania. After his arrest, police left him sitting on the ground unattended while awaiting the bomb squad. Just three minutes before their arrival, the bomb detonated live on television. This footage shows the final moments before the collar exploded.
